Amusement Park, Anyone?
On the second day of our trip in Taiwan, we visited Leofoo Village Theme Park. It wasn't exactly very fantastic, but it wasn't that bad either. The park consists of four different areas with a separate theme, but I guess they are better off if they concentrate all on a particular theme instead of trying to include everything.
South Pacific - one of the main themes
I thought this building has one of those classical looks
Another nice structure
The entire park has twenty over different kind of rides. Some are simply very thrilling while many others don't excite at all.
This is perhaps one of the most common rides around
Two of them participating on one of the better rides around
This one is not too bad either
One of the unique part about Leofoo Village Theme Park is that it also has a zoo within its compound. And it is quite an attraction, I must say.
Ostriches - large African birds with long legs, they run very quickly but cannot fly
We borrowed the 'zebra' from 'zebra crossing' from this animal
A couple of representatives from the bird family
Well, the theme park is not all fun and animals, you can also find some good scenery around, like the one below.
Very peaceful, isn't it?
All in all, we paid over 1,000NT each for the transportation back and forth, as well as the admission charges. It's rather costly for a theme park like this, but I guess at the end of the day, it's the fun that matters.
We enjoyed this ride so much, we went through it thrice and we got real wet
